Damaged Parcels

We want your skincare experience to be flawless from the moment you receive your products. If your parcel arrives damaged, here’s how we handle it:

    Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

  2. Report the Damage
    If you notice any damage, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery through phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  3. Provide Proof
    Submit clear photos of the damaged items along with a brief description of the issue.

  4. Resolution Options
    Once your claim is verified, we will:

    • Arrange a replacement for the damaged item(s).
    • Offer a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we will take swift action:

  1. Notification
    We will inform you immediately if we detect that your parcel is lost.

  2. Investigation
    An investigation will begin, and we will work closely with the carrier to track down your order.

  3. Refund or Replacement
    If the parcel cannot be located within 5 working days of our notification:

    • A full refund will be issued.
    • Or a replacement will be sent, based on your preference.

Exclusions

Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • Unclaimed parcels that were returned to us due to non-collection.

Refund Processing

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.
